About Our Founder
Asheesh Grewal
Founder & CEO
Asheesh, a Computer Science graduate from NSIT in 2004, with 12 years of corporate experience at companies like Infosys, HCl, and RBS, realized the toll his sedentary lifestyle was taking on his health. Motivated to make a change, he took up soccer, delved into health and nutrition, and earned a Fitness & Nutrition certification from the Health Sciences Academy, UK, shedding 12 kgs in the process. Recognizing his ability to help others, he left RBS in 2016 and founded MyHealthBuddy in 2017.
Asheesh, now a certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition with an ISSA certification, stands as the driving force behind the dynamic work environment, embodying his passion for health, fitness, and compassion to assist others.
