This No Refund Policy applies to all services provided by MyHealthBuddy and its subsidiaries with parent company PAMG Healthbuddy Services Pvt. Ltd. (“we” or “us”). We have a strict No-Refunds Policy in place for all services offered by us to you and anybody you may represent.

Introduction:
This No Refund Policy applies to all services provided by MyHealthBuddy and its subsidiaries with parent company PAMG Healthbuddy Services Pvt. Ltd. (“we” or “us”). We have a strict No-Refunds Policy in place for all services offered by us to you and anybody you may represent.
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to “Utilization of the health and fitness consultation services in their entirety”. If you have purchased a MyHealthBuddy programme/plan, you will not be eligible for a refund from MyHealthBuddy for any reason whatsoever.
Exception:
Refund is made in the event that you have paid twice for your Member Account by MyHealthBuddy. Refunds will be made directly by the same method through which the payment was made, unless specified to you by us. You will bear any transaction charges in such cases.
Our Decision:
We will review your request and make a decision within seven business days. We will notify you of our decision by email.
