“When I started my journey I never thought that this gonna be very simple like a home workout, or a simple diet even you don’t have to skip rice while dieting just simple home food and u can enjoy everything.
Earlier I used to think that Oh rice will make me fat😲 or Oh mango 😮will make me fat, so no not at all these all are myths..credit goes to only and only Anubhav (my buddy) who explained and taught me all this.
