Having twin babies and being a working mom made me feel a little hesitant about my weight loss. Then I made up my mind that if all I can do is even i can make this possible. Shikha motivated me to start the journey and then results would flow on its own. She helped me with meal plans which could fit my daily routine easily. She helped me set targets which were easy to achieve in the initial days. We started with 5000 steps and reached 9000 at the end. Losing 12 kgs within 3 months is a big achievement.
