“I would like to start by thanking Shikha my buddy for this #weightlosstransformation. I gained almost 18 kgs during pregnancy. Post delivery tried many home workouts but couldn’t find any result, thats when i decided to join MyHealthBuddy for 3 months programme.
Shikha curated a #dietplan and #homeworkout which i could easily follow and diet plan never compromised my milk supply as my baby was exclusively breastfeed.
With consistent motivation, daily tracking of meals and step counts which we progressively increased till 10 k per day I was able to reduce around 7 kgs and heal DR from 3 finger gap at naval to no gap now.
