I took this journey as a challenge because I was loosing my confidence since my body was out of shape. Though I haven’t achieved what I wanted but atleast I am On my path to achieve my #HealthGoals .
I wasn’t facing any health issues as such but I used to feel low while looking at myself in the mirror. I did this journey for myself. To Look Good and Feel Good.
Shikha is just not buddy, she is really Good friend as well as a coach. She understands your concern, your interest in exercise and your food interest and Makes A Plan accordingly.
She helped me a lot throughout this journey. I Used to make Changes in my workout multiple times basis intensity. Its difficult to understand a person’s choices Virtually but Shikha did it beautifully.
I am blessed to be Part of MHB.
