“After my delivery, I felt bad seeing my body, and my relatives used to point out my weight gain and crack jokes, sometimes I laughed with them but deep down I felt shattered and was desperate to lose weight.
I tried all sorts of diet and workouts but was not at all consistent with them as I am a big-time foodie.
While browsing insta, I came across MyHealthBuddy. In 15 days, I could see the difference and my buddy Akanksha was always there to guide me, she was more of a friend to me. I have a very tight schedule and she gave me exercises of 15-20 minutes but asked me to be consistent with it.
She was always there for me whenever I needed her. She used to suggest me some home remedies whenever by baby was sick.
Now everyone from my family and friends comes and compliments me.
